dune (2026)
1250sqft

converting a four bedroom layout into a spacious two bedroom home, this design eliminates redundant walls to create a generous, inter-connected communal zone where kitchen, dining, and living areas flow seamlessly.

realizing this open concept required significant technical ingenuity, including shifting plumbing infra-structure nearly seven meters. rather than seeing immovable columns as constraints, a curved birch plywood wall softens the circulation path, guiding users toward private quarters that feature a Japanese onsen inspired master bath.

the textured palette of mahogany stained plywood, beige tiles, and ivory limewash pairs with soft lighting, while custom steel elements inject a sleek, contemporary edge.
