this project adopts a modern minimalist theme executed through cement, steel, and black stained birch plywood to reinforce the overall aesthetic. an open concept kitchen incorporates steel elements, featuring an entirely steel clad island as the sleek centerpiece.
adjacent to the dining area, a study room is defined by a low wall with wire glass panels. The master bedroom wardrobe features black stained plywood, maintaining a masculine and cool aesthetic throughout.
