eclipse(2026) 430sqft

designed for a man in his thirties appreciating dark, rugged interiors and curated designer pieces, this home was transformed into a tactile, quiet sanctuary.

to achieve a generous, open living environment, the dividing wall between bedroom and living area was removed, while warm lighting softens the raw material palette. navigating structural challenges, existing air conditioning trunking was hidden by lowering the ceiling along the entry walkway, creating a compressed transition that opens dramatically
into the main living space.

this industrial narrative is reinforced through a custom stainless steel kitchen, balanced by a calm bathroom beautifully enveloped in monolithic epoxy microcement.
