yangnyeom (2026)
990sqft

designed for a Korean Singaporean couple who mostly work from home, this project blends subtle Korean cafe inspiration with Barebones’ clean, intentional design language.

we kept built ins to a minimum by using a tactile palette of birch plywood, concrete blocks, and steel to leave the light filled layout open for the clients to curate with their favorite furniture and lighting over time.

by cleverly reconfiguring the floor plan, we introduced a slim prep island, carved out a compact study, maximized wardrobe space, and created seamless, wall to wall bathroom vanities that feel both functional and sculptural.
